Students, final presentations

Students, boat trip

Students, boat trip

2014 is the first year that we take farewell to the first round of graduating Master School students in Stockholm as they exit the KTH tracks of the ICT Innovation programme.

Some have been lucky to continue from working on their thesis to getting employment and staying in the Kista ecosystem. Others have startup ideas to develop or pursuing an academic career with an outlook to the EIT ICT Labs Doctoral School.

The first year students end their spring term with presentations of the business projects carried out in the module Innovation & Entrepreneurship. A broad range of ideas received feedback from I& E teacher Terrence Brown, other faculty members and fellow students. The students have been working hard and had not spend much time on sightseeing in Stockholm so the Stockholm CLC arranged for a farewell party on an old steam engine boat.

Although the boat tour was on a chilly evening in May it was much appreciated and the spirits were high. Almost fifty first year students and fifteen second year students make a large size community in its self. In addition to this many take the opportunity to use the channels for teaming up or finding advice from students in the other Master School universities – Yammer, Video Café, Facebook groups and the Alumni association.

We wish all the very best of luck in the future and to see you again!
