The costs of attending EIT Digital Master School are listed below. Please examine the information carefully.
Application Fee and Registration Fee
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of 75 EUR shall be paid via the online payment tool Mollie immediately upon submitting the application. Payment instructions are shown in the portal upon submitting. The application is rendered invalid if the application fee is not received by the deadline; there is no possibility to waive the application fee. In case you are unable to make online payments, kindly contact masterschool@eitdigital.eu well in advance of the submission deadline for further payment instructions. Once the application fee is received, you will receive an email from the EIT Digital Education Foundation containing confirmation and a paid copy of your invoice (this may take 7-10 business days to confirm).
Registration Fee: A non-refundable deposit of 250 EUR shall be paid via the online payment tool Mollie immediately upon accepting a study offer in the EIT Digital Master School. Payment instructions are shown in the portal upon accepting an offer.This deposit will be credited to the first semester's tuition fee.
Expected deadlines for payment of the first semester’s tuition fees:
- Applicants in Period 1: May 31, 2024
- Applicants in Period 2: June 30, 2024
- Applicants in Period 3: July 17, 2024
If you have applied for several programmes, please note that you need to pay the application fee for each submitted application.

Admitted applicants will receive an invoice from the EIT Digital Education Foundation. The respective tuition fees shall be paid accordingly, by bank transfer before the start of each semester.
* Please observe that if you hold a residence permit from, or previously studied in, an EU/EEA country, you will still be considered a non-EU applicant.
** Please note that non-EU tuition fees will apply to British citizens who submit an application from January 1, 2021 onwards.
EIT Digital Master School Deferred Tuition Payment Plan

Thanks to a new collaboration agreement with the European Investment Fund (EIF), EIT Digital will offer EIT Digital Master School applicants for the cohort 2023 the option to defer the payment of the tuition fees for the EIT Digital Master School.
The Deferred Tuition Payment Plan allows applicants to enroll to the EIT Digital Master School, but start paying the tuition fees only from six months after their graduation. Payments will be spread evenly over a period of two years since that time.
No separate application form for the EIT Digital Master School Deferred Tuition Payment Plan is needed, but additional documentation is required. When you apply to the EIT Digital Master School, in the online application portal you will be asked to confirm whether you apply to the deferred payment option in installments. If you select the option, you will be required to upload a valid credit report. Please check this list to learn which organisation issuing credit reports in your country.
The number of applicants accepted for the EIT Digital Master School Deferred Tuition Payment plan is limited. Applicants will be selected based on merit and credit worthiness. Selected applicants will be informed at the time the study offers are sent.

BME Scholarship for top non EU/EEA students
The BME tuition fee waiver covers up to 3500 EUR/semester for non EU/EEA students. The total tuition waiver amount, when combined with the EIT Digital tuition fee waiver, cannot exceed 5 500 EUR/semester.

Eiffel Scholarship
Université Côte d'Azur collects application for the Eiffel Scholarship. These scholarships are only awarded to applications of very high quality, only applications with a view to carrying out studies in engineering science at Master' s level (4th and 5th year) are admissible.

ELTE Scholarship
The amount is up to 2 000 EUR per year for EU/EEA and 10 000 EUR per year for non-EU/EEA students, the latter are also eligible for a travel grant of 1 000 EUR per year.

ELTE may also offer funding on a case-by-case basis once the student arrives, through different industrial and educational research projects running at the university.
EURECOM Students Scholarships and Additional Funding
Custom Housing Assistance (APL). This allowance allows students and international students in France to reduce housing-related costs. This allowance is provided by the French government. On average, students renting an apartment get a monthly allowance ranging from €100 to €200. The amount given depends on several criteria, such as income, rent, additional charges, and more.

POLIMI Scholarship
EIT Digital students, like all Polimi students, can apply for merit-based scholarships reserved for top-ranked students.

How to apply: All these grants are centrally handled and are awarded through yearly competitions regulated by public calls so there is a quota only for EIT Digital students. Eligible students must meet specific requirements depending on the kind of scholarship they are competing for (e.g. study progress, GPA, economic conditions). These scholarships may apply also for the year in which students are at the partner university since students are regularly enroled at Polimi for two years. More information here.

Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme
The Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship Programme was launched in 2013 by the Hungarian Government. The main goal of the programme regarding the education policy is to support the internationalisation of Hungarian higher education and its constant development, to strengthen the international relations of the Hungarian academic and research community, to enhance the cultural diversity of higher education institutions and to promote the good reputation and competitiveness of Hungarian higher education throughout the world. The programme also aims to establish and encourage the personal and professional attachment of foreign graduates to Hungary and contribute to the promotion of Hungarian culture and language abroad.

The Swedish Board of Student Finance (CSN)
The Swedish Board of Student Finance (CSN) is the government agency that manages Swedish student finance, i.e. grants and loans for studies.

UNITN Double Degree Scholarship for EIT Digital Students
Double Degree Scholarship is reserved for EIT Digital Students and is 2 500 to 4 500 EUR. Available to students with entry at UNITN, to be received during their second year abroad.

University of Rennes Accommodation Grant
Opportunity to book a room at a very low rate on campus (between 189 and 250€). This opportunity combined with a national allowance for accommodation (APL) to which all students are authorized to apply, ends up with a monthly rent between 50 and 100€. There is a dedicated and limited quota for EIT Digital students.

An academic merit-based 1-year scholarship for EIT Digital Master School students enrolled at University of Turku. There is one scholarship for each University of Turku programmes (Cyber Security, Data Science or Embedded Systems) per entry and exit.
