Cloud and Networking Infrastructure and HPC (CNI)

With the Cloud and Networking Infrastructure and High-Performance Computing Master’s, you will study in two different European countries — one year at an Entry University and one year at an Exit University. In your first year, you build a strong foundation in computer networks, distributed systems, and cloud computing, while also developing your business and innovation skills. In your second year, you deepen your expertise in high-performance computing (HPC), edge/cloud integration, and advanced network infrastructures.

The programme combines technical knowledge with entrepreneurial training, preparing you to design, manage, and scale digital infrastructures that power data-driven innovation. You will gain expertise in areas such as cloud services, 5G/6G, parallel programming, HPC platforms, and cybersecurity, while learning to transform technical ideas into real-world solutions.

Why should I apply?

Cloud computing and HPC are at the core of Europe’s digital transformation. From artificial intelligence and big data analytics to health technologies and climate modelling, modern innovation depends on scalable, secure, and high-performing digital infrastructure.

The Cloud and Networking Infrastructure programme equips you with advanced skills to thrive in this fast-growing field, combining state-of-the-art courses in networking, cloud, and HPC with hands-on practice in Europe’s innovation ecosystem. You will study in two countries, work on design projects that merge technology with entrepreneurship, and join a vibrant international community.

Being part of the EIT Digital Master School also connects you with industry partners, research institutes, and start-ups, ensuring that your education translates directly into impactful career opportunities.
